Erlangen, February 8, 2007 – Elektrobit Automotive Software presents its tresos® ECU AUTOSAR
Suite 2007 for the AUTOSAR specification 2.0. The up-to-date and optimized run time components and the configuration conform completely with AUTOSAR 2.0.
It was only at the beginning of 2006 that Elektrobit Automotive Software, with its tresos® ECU AUTOSAR suite, introduced the first AUTOSAR standard core, featuring a software module and an
integrated configuration tool for the AUTOSAR specification 1.0. The new version included up-to-date modules, as well as a complete run time environment, used in the AUTOSAR validation project (Validator 2) – together with the AUTOSAR operating system. The tresos® tooling, which is now based on Eclipse technology, has been completely revised. Besides supporting all AUTOSAR formats for configuration, the proven and open concept of expandability has been combined with the AUTOSAR methods. The integrated environment can, as usual, be simply expanded with XML and, in addition, by Eclipse plug-ins.
The new software suite has already been delivered in several evaluation projects and, in the future, in the first serial products the tresos® ECU AUTOSAR Suite 2007 will already be used for the development of AUTOSAR-conforming applications.
