Erlangen, January 12, 2007 – Mr. Wolfram Hohmann is the new Marketing Director for Elektrobit Automotive GmbH in Erlangen. One of the most important responsibilities of the 43 year-old will be to establish effective product marketing.
'Wolfram Hohmann is the ideal man for us', explains Mr. Johann Haas, Executive Vice President of Elektrobit Automotive. 'His many years of international experience in the automotive industry fits excellently to the international orientation of our company.'
In his last position, Mr. Hohmann was Manager of Advanced Technologies for Panasonic Automotive Systems Europe GmbH. There he was responsible for the areas of technical strategy, product portfolio and new technologies. For Esterel Technologies he was in charge of marketing and business development for the automotive area, above all for safety-critical applications such as brake by wire.
The father of three children began his career with Philips. He worked as Managing Director for C&C Electronics in Germany and was one of the founders and a board member of AM3 Automotive
