EB 5100: Active FlexRay and CAN Interface Hardware for PCI or PXI

Increased demands of FlexRay in comparison to CAN have meant that interface hardware requirements have also grown. The EB 5100 fulfils these requirements by way of a sophisticated firmware concept and a high-performance microcontroller with ample computing power

The EB 5100 is a FlexRay interface hardware based on the PMC cards standard. It can be integrated into almost any system as a result of its very sophisticated driver support. Thanks to conformity with the PMC cards standard, the EB 5100 can be used on various carrier boards in PCI, PXI, VME or also PHS bus-based systems.

The card is equipped with a high-performance microcontroller, in order to be able to execute calculations that must be conducted in real time in a direct way and onboard. The EB 5100 coordinates with the residual bus simulation solution EB tresos Busmirror perfectly thereby.

EB 5100 Includes

  • FlexRay interface hardware with ample computing power
  • Flexible fields of application in PCI, PXI, VME and PHS systems
  • Minimal latency times
  • Extensive driver support (EB tresos Busmirror)
