EB to Open New Offices to Strengthen AUTOSAR Engagement

Embedded systems in the automotive industry continue to evolve, and the market demands reliable, safe, and secure software. To meet these needs, EB is opening new offices in Timisoara, Romania, and Bangalore, India. The expansion will significantly strengthen the development of EB tresos AUTOSAR software, tools, and services, and will elevate the next generation of AUTOSAR solutions, where high-performance demands meet safety requirements.

Enhanced AUTOSAR development allows EB to offer greater project capability and to broaden strategic partnerships with silicon vendors and tool suppliers. The end result? State-of-the-art AUTOSAR solutions for the open market. Read the press release.

New Video: Modeling Human Robot Interaction with EB GUIDE

Our highly flexible human machine interface (HMI) development tool, EB GUIDE 6, is well known for its capability for automotive and industrial HMI modeling, but now the tool’s wide flexibility has been harnessed to help model speech dialog flow and gestures in NAO, a humanoid robot. Learn more about human robot interaction (HRI), and let NAO introduce you to EB GUIDE.

ATZ Elektronik: "Automated Driving: Necessary Infrastructure Shift"

Current driver assistance functions such as automated parking, traffic-jam assistants, and lane-departure warning systems are the first steps toward automated driving. But today’s system architectures are already reaching their limits in terms of the driving functions expected in the coming years. The growing interconnectivity of control devices and their increasingly complex functions require an integrated-system approach to development, and a cross-functional, cross-vehicle software platform. Read about our proposals for future approaches on our website (English or German).
