EB solys

EB launched its test and development tool EB solys

On March 2, Elektrobit released its new test and development tool EB solys. It collects, aggregates, correlates, and visualizes run-time data. Easy localization of functional and non-functional errors in an early software development phase significantly reduces efforts that would otherwise be made on later testing and bug-fixing. EB solys also simplifies the software integration process in complex projects with many suppliers by analyzing and validating automotive software systems from top to bottom.

ASIL D CERTIFIED

EB achieves ASIL D certification for its functional safety run-time environment (RTE)

The renowned assessment agency exida certified our product EB tresos Safety RTE according to ISO 26262 up to ASIL D. For the first time, it is now independently confirmed that safety requirements of an ECU project can be mapped on an AUTOSAR-conform RTE. This ensures a safe and efficient communication of software components (SWCs).

This notification completes EB´s pioneering approach of providing certificates for all its functional safety products. It allows us to offer a resilient and error-tolerant software environment, providing all needed AUTOSAR software to build ASIL D ECUs, e.g., needed for automated driving.

ARXML Communication

ARXML Communication now available for EB Assist ADTF

EB Assist ADTF, an established tool for development, test, and validation of ADAS and HAD software, is now extended with a toolbox that enables the use of ARXML files to describe communication. Smoothly integrated into EB Assist ADTF, it supports CAN, FlexRay, SOME/IP, and ARXML 4.2.1 by replacing the former CAN and FlexRay parser. With EB Assist ARXML Communication Toolbox, developers don’t need any additional translation tools.
