Remote vehicle data platform for Continental

Independent of an OEM and car-model, Continental has developed a simple and fast remote access to current vehicle data. The remote vehicle data platform (RVD) offers you the perfect foundation for the development of entirely new services and business models. The RVD lets you develop mobile device services yourself – quickly and easily. For example, you could have the mileage and fuel level displayed when the vehicle is returned to a rental company. Or you could look at the maintenance-relevant data to find out well in advance when the next vehicle inspection is due. The advantages: optimal planning and less vehicle downtime.

Learn how EB’s embedded and cloud development know-how as well as our deep understanding of diagnostics have helped Continental.
