Shifting Validation Left in Software-Defined Vehicles
Virtual ECU Generation with EB tresos and dSPACE VEOS
Join this free 60‑minute webinar with Elektrobit’s Ahmad Abdelghany and dSPACE’s Gernot Mueller Szicsay to explore how virtual ECU generation is reshaping validation for software‑defined vehicles (SDVs).
Discover how shifting validation earlier in the development process and scaling tests virtually can reduce dependence on physical hardware and accelerate time to market.
In a live demonstration, the presenters will show how EB tresos Studio and dSPACE SystemDesk integrate seamlessly to create virtual ECUs. These virtual ECUs are then deployed in a Software‑in‑the‑Loop (SIL) simulation using dSPACE VEOS, enabling continuous testing across both virtual and real environments.
Target Audience
- ECU software architects
- SDV platform engineers
- DevOps / CI/CD leads
- Validation & testing managers
- AUTOSAR basic software teams
Webinar Objective
Show how virtual ECU generation integrated into CI/CD pipelines:
- Reduces hardware dependency
- Accelerates validation cycles
- Improves consistency between SiL and HiL
- Enables scalable SDV development
