EB corbos Link Product Releases

In the EB corbos Link 2.21.0 release, the following features have been introduced:

PSP:

The ASIO-based implementation allows efficient usage of resources, fast startup time and high throughput.
For optimal performance the size of the thread pool is configurable by the library user.

This version is available on the Elektrobit Command server.

In the EB corbos Link 2.20.0 release, the following features have been introduced:

In the EB corbos Link 2.19.0 release, no new features have been introduced. The following improvements were made:

COM:

Added a central registry for strings to avoid copying and facilitate comparison.
Upgraded Asio version from Asio-1.28.0 to Asio-1.28.2.
Extracted cara::com::Runtime into a dedicated shared library.
Removed limitation for UDP/TCP mixed mode.

In the EB corbos Link 2.18.0 release, the following features have been introduced:

COM:

The new internal asynchronous receive_all() API avoids unnecessary copying by allowing a buffer to be handed over via the data argument.
The Elektrobit-specific API cara::com::poll is added to handle I/O contexts.
With the API and IPC configuration options in the ara::com configuration file, payloads can be fetched in polling mode without implicit context switches.
The selector file is a JSON file that contains the names of the ServiceInterface and its events, fields, and methods. The AraComGenerator uses the information in the selector file to generate a subset of the ServiceInterface and its elements configured in the provided ARXML system description.
The selector file is optional and allows to enable or disable the generation of the ServiceInterface and its elements added in the selector file.
Synced SOME/IP manifests from one partition to another to make them available for the SOME/IP daemon. Source manifests are specified with glob patterns.

This version is available on the Elektrobit Command server.
