EB Assist ADTF 3 Calibration Toolbox version 3.4.0 has been released

- Enhanced XCP Decoder performance
- Support parsing of A2L files including Signals and Parameters with exponential limits
- Support parsing of A2L files including Signal of type FLOAT16_IEEE
